Click2Naukari lists job opportunities from third-party employers and recruiting partners, and allows job seekers to browse and apply to those roles. We are a platform connecting job seekers and employers — we are not the employer for any listed role unless explicitly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal working age in your jurisdiction, to apply for jobs through the Service.

Job listings are provided by employers and recruiting partners. While we take reasonable steps to work with verified companies, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and we do not guarantee that applying to a listing will result in an interview or job offer.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in an application
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings or content without permission

The Click2Naukari name, logo, and website content are the property of Click2Naukari and may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Service may link to third-party websites, including WhatsApp and employer career pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click2Naukari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any employer found through it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
