Employers agree to post legitimate job opportunities and provide accurate job descriptions. Discriminatory hiring practices or fraudulent job postings are not permitted.
Users must not engage in spamming, harassment, unauthorized data collection, posting of offensive content, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content on Click2Naukri, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Click2Naukri or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
By posting content on our platform, you grant Click2Naukri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
Click2Naukri and its logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
Certain features and services may require payment. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees incurred. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Click2Naukri is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or the accuracy of information provided.
We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. The platform facilitates connections between job seekers and employers, but we are not responsible for hiring decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click2Naukri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external sites.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Click2Naukri shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
